We operate as a project manager (MOE) or owner’s representative (AMO), with a focus on agility, structured documentation, and smooth coordination with your teams.

 

Our services cover new builds, extensions, and migration operations, for clients operating in colocation, private cloud, or edge computing. Our goal: ensure continuity of operations, scalability, and full compliance with international standards.

End-to-end service: design and installation of busbar systems

Neklan DC offers a comprehensive and structured service for the implementation of busbar routing systems in data centres. This service is fully managed by our teams, in close collaboration with your design offices and technical integrators.

Our service includes:

 

  • 3D routing design: accurate visualisation of the layout in grey and white rooms
  • Multi-interface integration: coordination with other technical trades (LV, HVAC, fire safety, etc.)
  • Simulations, quantity take-offs and recommendations via DWG/BIM modelling
  • Procurement and logistics of components
  • On-site installation by our specialised technicians
  • Self-checking, commissioning, and as-built documentation (DOE)

 

Our internal project management software provides full traceability: delivery tracking, progress monitoring, alerts, approvals, dashboards and exports for supervision or contractual reporting. This service is scalable from small rooms to multi-kilometre installations.

Security and safety: video surveillance and intrusion detection
