Our CSR policy
Telenco is committed to designing, producing, and distributing its solutions responsibly, fully integrating environmental and societal challenges into its processes. Its growth has always gone hand-in-hand with a particular focus on energy consumption and natural resource management, with the aim of reducing its environmental footprint.
Every year, the Telenco Group deploys concrete initiatives across each of the four pillars of its CSR policy. Since 2023, a detailed annual report has presented these actions and their outcomes, illustrating our shared commitment to sustainable development.
CSR Governance
At Telenco, the CSR approach relies on a structured and committed organisation. Led from the headquarters in France, it is coordinated by a dedicated committee ensuring overall consistency. Each subsidiary plays an active role thanks to a network of local representatives and action plans tailored to local realities.
Fully integrated into the company’s strategy, the CSR steering committee ensures the sustainability of Telenco’s responsible commitments and their incorporation into daily practices. This system strengthens the Group’s ability to continuously evolve its CSR policy, comply with regulations, and stand out sustainably in its markets.
Certifications
Each year, the Group’s CSR performance is assessed through the EcoVadis platform for its Telenco and NGIS entities, reaffirming its commitment to partners. Since 2016, Telenco has also been a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact. As such, the Group annually renews its commitment to the 10 core principles relating to human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption, as well as the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In a spirit of transparency and environmental responsibility, Telenco reports its greenhouse gas emissions via the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), earning a B rating for its climate-related efforts. This initiative aligns with an ambitious trajectory: in 2024, the Group's GHG reduction targets were validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Telenco thus commits to reducing absolute GHG emissions from scopes 1 and 2 by 54.6% by 2033, and those from scope 3 by 32.5%, compared to the 2022 baseline year.
