Your responsabilities

 

Within Telenco's marketing department, you design, implement, and drive the marketing strategy for your product range in alignment with Telenco’s overall marketing strategy. As such, you ensure the proper market positioning of your offer and manage your product line in coordination with all departments of the company (R&D, communications, sales, purchasing, industrial, supply chain, etc.).

 

The products concerned cover the entire range of "Aerial Products and Pole Equipment" from Telenco: anchoring clamps and helical anchors, suspension devices, connection clamps and devices, crossarms, strapping, fastening systems, and accessories…

 

As a Product Line Manager, you handle both the strategic and operational marketing aspects by carrying out the following tasks:

 

  • Identify new market and product opportunities: gather market data, analyze and anticipate needs, expectations, and new trends, study the competition.
  • Develop the marketing plan for new and existing products in collaboration with the Marketing Department: define strategic development priorities and set quantitative and qualitative objectives for your range.
  • Develop your product range and offering in coordination with the sales, design office, and purchasing departments: define product selections and specifications, pricing, and promotional actions in accordance with company policy.
  • Create the functional specifications for the development of new products and contribute to the validation of technical choices.
  • Manage the development and launch of products in your range with R&D department
  • Design and update operational marketing tools to support product sales across markets: sales pitches, technical datasheets, etc.
  • Monitor the execution of the marketing budget.
  • Support the sales team in the field and assist with responses to tenders and customer quotations.
  • Monitor the quality of your offering by analyzing KPIs for your product range: sales performance and product profitability against set objectives.
  • Participate in professional trade shows
  • Represent Telenco in professional associations and committees such as CREDO or ARCEP.

 Your profile 

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Engineering or Business Marketing
  • 7 to 10 years of experience as a Product or Market Manager
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level)
  • Knowledge of telecommunications markets, customers, and products
  • Ideally, familiarity with aerial network equipment
  • Autonomy, organizational skills, proactiveness, and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and in project mode
  • Pragmatism, agility, innovation, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
