Customer-centric sales force lies at the heart of our approach. The Group is developing a network of branches where customers can discover, seek advice, test, and buy from a wide range of products. Telenco also relies on mobile sales representatives who visit customers directly to support them in their projects.

Telenco's sales force is made up of desk salespeople, who manage their customer portfolios remotely, as well as mobile salespeople. They travel to the customer's premises, in regions where the Group is present, but also in countries where we export equipment. Our teams, being out in field, gain real-time insight into customer needs and can offer a comprehensive and tailored solution.

Many products are available in stock at our agencies. Numerous products can be seen in our showrooms, and our teams are on hand to advise customers on how to use each product. Agencies regularly offer promotional deals on network and field engineers' equipment.
