Telenco single-mode outdoor trunks make it easier to roll out cabling in outdoor telecoms networks. They are optimised for interconnecting 4G/5G (FTTA) equipment. Specially designed to withstand harsh environments, they offer enhanced protection against external thermal, mechanical, UV and rodent attack, while retaining a lightweight but highly resistant cable structure. They enable rapid connection between different pieces of equipment.

Telenco's single-mode sliding patch panels have been specially designed for optical network applications (19" or ETSI racks). Thanks to their intuitive design and ergonomics, Telenco single-mode sliding patch panels are easy to use. Telenco single-mode sliding patch panels are used for splicing and cross-connecting optical fibres. In the splicing version, they are equipped with optical connectors and assembled pigtails, splice trays, and accessories. They are also available in trunk and adaptor versions. The sliding patch panels are ready to install.

The pre-terminated outdoor FTTA XG-optic ® 2 FO cables are designed especially to connect the BTS/BBU to the RRU/RRH in the 4G/5G direct cabling structure, or the junction box to the RRU in the 4G/5G indirect cabling structure. Leveraging its know-how and expertise in the deployment of overhead cables, Telenco has developed a solution that can withstand harsh environments while retaining a lightweight but highly resistant cable structure. The pre-terminated FTTA 2 FO breakout cables have a diameter of 5 mm, making them flexible and easy to install.

Telenco optical cables are available in patch cord and subscriber versions. Optical patch cords offer optimum performance to ensure reliable networks. They serve to interconnect telecoms networks and are therefore very much in demand. Subscriber optical cables are used to connect the PTO or DTIO to the ONT or the operator's box. Their structure is designed to withstand residential use. They are also available in a stainless steel reinforced version for extreme resistance to crushing. Optical cables can be fitted with standard SC and LC connectors, SC Secure or SC permanently protected connectors.

Drawing on its experience, Telenco is developing solutions to optimise optical networks designed to serve mobile sites based on WDM (Wavelength-Division Multiplexing), optical filters and splitters. Our solutions have enabled us to implement optimised 10 Gb service networks on just 2 optical fibres, while ensuring redundancy.
