2024 CSR Report: Telenco strengthens its sustainable commitments

Telenco 2024 CSR Report – Sustainability in Action with Global Teams

A historic and structuring CSR vision

At Telenco, social responsibility is not an option but a long-standing conviction. For over 25 years, our Group has placed environmental, social, and ethical issues at the heart of its development. This is evidenced by the publication of our 2024 CSR Report, a true reflection of our concrete commitments, structured governance, and determination to generate lasting positive impact.

Our 2024 priorities: structure, demonstrate, mobilise

Telenco's CSR policy is built on four core pillars: Environment, Social & Societal, Health & Safety, and Ethics. Each pillar is supported by operational management, performance indicators, and clear governance involving all subsidiaries.

Environment: measured and validated commitments

2024 marks a significant milestone with the validation of our commitments by the SBTi. Our objectives are clear:

  • Reduce scopes 1 and 2 emissions by 54.6% by 2033 (baseline year: 2022).
  • Reduce scope 3 emissions by 32.5% by the same date.

In parallel, we are stepping up our actions:

  • 17% reduction in overall energy consumption between 2022 and 2024.
  • Over 230 Life Cycle Analyses (LCA) carried out on our products since 2022.
  • Development of eco-design as a major lever of action on raw materials, packaging, and transport.

Responsible industrial production in Moirans

Our Moirans site embodies our vision of a sustainable, local industry: 100% renewable electricity contract, effluent filtration, ISO 14001 & 45001 certifications. The facility is part of a continuous improvement approach, with notable efforts in safety, quality, and reducing environmental impact.

Social and societal: diversity, inclusion, commitment

With 665 employees across 3 continents, Telenco reaffirms its commitment to a fair and inclusive work environment. In 2024:

  • 118 recruitments and 27 internal transfers.
  • Signing of the first Professional Equality Agreement at Telenco SAS.
  • 94 employees trained on disability awareness, and actions implemented in all subsidiaries to foster inclusion.
  • Launch of V.I.E. international programmes, such as in Mexico with Telenco LATAM.

Our actions extend beyond the workplace. Through the "Booste ton asso" programme, 3 high-impact local associations were supported in 2024, focusing on themes such as environment, health, and inclusion.

Ethics: transparency, cybersecurity and responsible procurement

Telenco pursues a comprehensive ethical strategy driven by:

  • A code of conduct signed by 100% of employees.
  • Anti-corruption training extended to sales, marketing, purchasing, and finance teams.
  • Cybersecurity as a top priority, with regular audits, reinforced GDPR policy, and proactive IT risk management.

Health & quality of working life: safety and wellbeing

The actions taken in 2024 reflect our desire to go beyond regulatory standards:

  • 44% reduction in workplace accidents over 2 years.
  • Implementation of QWL (Quality of Working Life) week in several subsidiaries, featuring wellness workshops, sport, time management, laughter yoga.
  • Free gym access in several entities.
  • At TELGO, two daily stretching sessions are integrated into the work routine.

More broadly, 73% of non-production employees are eligible for remote work, and specific arrangements are made to ensure a work-life balance.

2025 Outlook: going further, together

2025 opens with the ambition to expand our actions and impact:

  • Anticipation of the CSRD regulation.
  • Deepening of risk mapping.
  • Strengthening of supplier engagement processes.
  • Net-zero carbon target by 2040.

"Our ambition remains unchanged: to create sustainable value for our clients, our teams, and our communities. This report is a faithful reflection of that commitment."Mr. Marillat, Managing Director, Telenco SAS
