The exponential growth of digital applications, driven by the rise of cloud computing and artificial intelligence, is profoundly transforming data centres, which have become critical infrastructure for the digital economy.
The arrival of servers equipped with next-generation GPUs and CPUs is reshaping data centre design standards. These technologies, essential for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing, require significantly higher levels of power distribution and cooling. Operators must now contend with unprecedented power densities, with individual racks capable of consuming as much energy as an entire traditional POD. In this context, integrating these new infrastructures into existing facilities, or designing dedicated spaces specifically for them, has become one of the industry's greatest challenges.
To address these new requirements, Telenco is launching RACKEON®, its brand dedicated to data centre infrastructure. Designed to support digital infrastructure operators in their most demanding projects, RACKEON® offers a comprehensive portfolio of solutions engineered to optimise performance, availability and energy efficiency in IT environments. The brand notably provides a complete solution for high-density white space deployment, capable of supporting IT loads of up to 70 kW per rack. This performance is achieved through hybrid cooling technologies that combine air cooling with chilled water systems using InRow units or RDHx rear-door heat exchangers. The portfolio is complemented by high-performance intelligent PDUs, capable of distributing up to 125 A in three-phase configurations.
RACKEON® builds upon the industrial expertise that Telenco has developed over several decades in telecommunications and digital infrastructures. This designer-manufacturer expertise now enables the Group to support data centre operators with solutions that are designed, developed and industrialised to address the evolving challenges of the digital economy.
With the accelerating demand for data hosting, high-performance computing and artificial intelligence, the Group has chosen to consolidate its data centre expertise under a strong brand identity capable of embodying its vision and ambitions within this rapidly growing market.
Through RACKEON®, Telenco reaffirms its commitment to providing data centre solutions designed around the real-world challenges faced by infrastructure operators: thermal management, energy optimisation, simplified equipment integration and the protection of critical environments. This approach combines engineering expertise, field experience and industrial know-how, which together form the DNA of the Group.
The evolution of IT architectures requires ever-higher levels of performance. Infrastructure must accommodate more powerful equipment, manage increasing densities and guarantee maximum availability while reducing energy consumption.
With this objective in mind, RACKEON® develops solutions tailored to a wide range of data centre models:
Every product is designed to simplify the work of technical teams while improving overall infrastructure performance. RACKEON® solutions incorporate industry best practices in airflow management, power distribution and IT equipment organisation.
Within a data centre, every component involved in power distribution and cooling plays a critical role in ensuring service continuity. Poor airflow management, insufficient control of electrical distribution or complex integration requirements can quickly affect performance and extend recovery times in the event of an incident.
RACKEON® racks have been developed to meet the requirements of high-density environments and support extreme static and dynamic loads of up to 2,000 kg. Their modular design offers extensive configuration flexibility to support a variety of applications, including highly cabled network racks, server racks with significant intra-rack connectivity or dedicated high-density architectures.
The aisle containment solutions significantly improve cooling efficiency by separating hot and cold airflows. Meanwhile, intelligent PDUs provide reliable power distribution while enabling monitoring, measurement and supervision of critical equipment power supplies. This comprehensive approach helps enhance infrastructure availability while improving energy efficiency.
Improving energy efficiency has become a key challenge throughout the data centre industry. Faced with continuously growing computing requirements and increasing expectations regarding environmental responsibility, operators are seeking to optimise the PUE of their facilities to balance performance, efficiency and ESG objectives. As demand for computing power continues to rise, infrastructure operators must find solutions that combine performance with sustainability.
RACKEON® supports this approach through designs focused on optimising energy usage and improving the overall efficiency of installations. The quality of materials, structural robustness and attention devoted to thermal performance contribute to extending infrastructure lifespan while reducing environmental impact.
This vision aligns with Telenco's commitment to the responsible development of digital infrastructure, where innovation, performance and sustainability must progress together.
Data Centre World Paris will mark a major milestone in the history of the brand. For the first time, RACKEON® will be officially introduced to industry professionals at one of Europe's leading events dedicated to data centre infrastructure.
Visitors will have the opportunity to discover Telenco's vision, meet the RACKEON® team and explore solutions developed to address the digital challenges of tomorrow, including artificial intelligence, infrastructure densification, energy optimisation and the protection of critical environments.
This first participation will also showcase Telenco's ability to support the entire lifecycle of digital infrastructure through its expertise as both a designer and manufacturer. Through RACKEON®, the Group aims to establish itself among the organisations shaping the data centres of the future and providing the infrastructure required to support the digital economy.
Join us at Data Centre World Paris to discover RACKEON® and help build the infrastructure that will power the next generation of digital services.
