From 2 to 5 June 2025, more than 130 Telenco Group employees took part in the APHEON 2025 solidarity challenge. With over 3.38 million steps logged, the team ranked second among all participating companies. This mobilisation reflects Telenco's hands-on, collective commitment to societal responsibility.
The challenge supported "Sport dans la Ville", an association that has worked for over 25 years to promote the professional integration of young people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods. Thanks to Telenco's team effort, €8,076 were donated to the association, strengthening the impact of their on-the-ground initiatives based on the values of sport and education.
Beyond the figures, this initiative demonstrates Telenco's ability to unite teams around meaningful and solidarity-based goals. It forms part of the Group’s broader CSR strategy, structured around four pillars: environment, health and safety, ethics, and social and societal responsibility.
These regular and concrete initiatives contribute to team cohesion while having a positive societal impact. They reflect Telenco’s commitment to combining business performance with collective responsibility.
