In 2025, NeklanDC, a subsidiary of the Telenco Group, successfully completed a major busbar installation project for data centres in Spain, in a context of exponentially growing needs for connectivity and computing capacity. Conducted in partnership with Mercury, this project highlights the increasing demands for quality execution, safety, and operational responsiveness in the digital infrastructure sector.
The intervention showcased our ability to deliver an installation in compliance with the strictest European standards, while maintaining tight deadlines and a high level of rigour.
The entire busbar installation, including those supplied by EAE Italia, was carried out independently by NeklanDC’s teams, without resorting to subcontractors. This implementation autonomy enhances agility, helping to reduce installation times, better manage on-site contingencies, and ensure consistent execution at every stage.

Safety was a central focus of this project. In February, May and June 2025, NeklanDC received three awards for its excellence in health and safety practices. The company was named “Contractor of the Month for Health & Safety”, jointly awarded by Mercury and Digital Realty, one of the world’s leading data centre providers.
