Each year, three Telenco Group companies entrust EcoVadis with measuring their CSR performance. EcoVadis is an independent organisation that assesses the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) of companies. Various criteria are analysed under four themes: environment, social and human rights, ethics and responsible purchasing. Companies are assessed according to their size, location and sector of activity. The questions change each year and are increasingly specific in order to measure the progress and continuous improvement process of companies. EcoVadis then produces evaluation sheets, with scores between 0 and 100, and awards a medal (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum).
Telenco distribution has been rewarded once again, with a score of 70/100. The company is among the top 4% of companies in the “wholesale of telecommunication parts and electronic equipment” sector, earning yet another gold medal.
Telenco networks retains its gold medal and overall score of 69/100, after 9 years of evaluation by EcoVadis. The company joins the top 6% of companies assessed in the “Cable and Anchoring Device Manufacturing” category.
Rainford Solutions improved its score by two points to 50/100, maintaining its bronze medal for the second year running. The subsidiary is thus one of the 50% most responsible companies in its sector.
These scores reward the Group’s efforts and commitment to CSR. Telenco hopes to make further progress, pursue its commitments and go even further in the years to come.
